The Labour Office CR employs young graduates without work. /22. 10. 2013/

The Labour Office CR has been temporarily strengthened by 450 unemployed graduates. Therefore young people have a chance to get some necessary practice through a personnel agency Manpower Group Ltd. The Labour Office CR is connected (in the period from 1 September 2013 to 31 August 2014) to other employers within 14 regional projects financed by the ESF (Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment) which is focused on enhancing of employment of young people without work experience.

The project under the name “Work experience for young people up to 30 years” is implemented since July 2013 through regional Labour Offices. The aim of this collaboration is to create socially useful jobs in workplace of the Labour Offices and offering work to less employable graduates. Manpower Group address selected candidates (max. 465 applicants) and offer them employment for a fixed period of 6 to 12 months.

Graduates often work as support stuff and in administration. During the practice they become familiar with the operation of the office, and if they are successful they may gain a permanent job. Monthly wage of new employees is based on their pay grade. They have also employee benefits comparable with the benefits of permanent staff, e.g. subsistence allowance of up to 1,200 CZK per month.
