The chances of finding employment for this occupational group in 2009-2013 average. As compared to the current situation the chances will remain about the same. The expected increase in employment in service industries will be particularly beneficial (professional services, other business services and community, social and personal services in particular). In these industries up to 40 thousand new jobs may be created by 2013. At present, secondary qualifications ('maturita') suffice for a majority of jobs in this occupational group (in most cases business and economics), and the number of graduates in these fields will slightly decrease in years to come. However, it may be assumed that, over time, graduates with higher or tertiary professional qualifications will be increasingly hired to fill these posts. Their supply will be sufficient, but they need not be happy with the level of pay offered within this occupational group.
